Unaided Work:
Practicing the techniques learned in the lessons individually. Presentations.
Assessment Criteria:
Attendance, active participation in classes 20%, tests 40% and independent work performance 40%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:As a result of learning the study course, students name and describe the nature of classical, sports and self-massage methods, physiological aspects and ways of using auxiliary devices.
Skills:As a result of learning the study course, students recognize the indications/contraindications of classical, sports and self-massage methods and assess the necessity of the method in practice for a specific client.
Competencies:Using the acquired knowledge and basic skills, students analyze, plan and implement self-massage techniques or recommend another type of massage to a specific client.
