Preliminary Knowledge: | Prior knowledge in public health. | ||||||||
Objective: | The aim of the course is to develop an understanding of the process of public health policy-making and the opportunities and ways to influence it through the representation of different actors, both governmental and non-governmental. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | At the end of the course, each student is required to produce one paper on a topic of their choice. The aim of this paper is to broaden students’ perspectives on public health policy development in different countries. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | • Participation in seminars (including presentation of the paper) - 30%; • Essay - 20%; • Individual project - 30%; • Exam mark - 20%. | ||||||||
