Preliminary Knowledge:
General knowledge at Master's level.
Objective:
To deepen doctoral students’ understanding of how to develop the subject matter of their doctoral thesis, taking into consideration topicalities of contemporary psychology in drawing up survey questionnaires, adapting and applying them in their research work; understanding of psychological assistance and support to various groups of clients and patients, as well as to promote doctoral students' skills in research communication / knowledge dissemination in order to present their doctoral thesis, discuss and provide feedback regarding its results.
Assessment
Unaided Work:
The doctoral student prepares a brief report on his participation and contribution to the research project/activity in which he participated. Promoting the understanding of how to develop one's doctoral thesis within the current topics of contemporary psychology, the doctoral student participates in a scientific project/activity on the topic of the doctoral thesis, develops the scientific skills and abilities necessary to achieve the goals. The student's contribution to the improvement of the study process is the provision of meaningful feedback on the study course by filling out its evaluation questionnaire.
Assessment Criteria:
The doctoral student can documentally confirm: participation in national and/or international research projects/events, international exchange programs of scientists that correspond to the topic of the doctoral thesis.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The student will be able to independently analyze and explain the development trends of modern psychology, within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach, in the context of health care. Argumentatively discuss the topic of doctoral thesis.
Skills:The student will be able to independently analyze, prepare and present the research problem on the topic of his doctoral thesis, based on the latest research. The student will be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of modern psychological trends, including in the context of healthcare.
Competencies:The student will be able to independently develop and present the research phase of his doctoral thesis at the conference, demonstrating the ability to independently formulate a research problem, systematically and purposefully select the latest studies, analyze them and discuss them with other researchers.
