About Study Course
Objective
To prepare publications in the student media of creative and practical works created by students in other study courses (on the portal skalak.rsu.lv, on the radio “Runā skaļāk!”) ensuring a stable functioning of the student media and improving the quality and impact of its content.
Prerequisites
The course “Introduction to the Studies and Speciality” has been mastered.
Learning outcomes
Students understand the benefits of the video format and how much time, human resources, and techniques will be required to create a video story.
Students are familiar with all aspects related to video production - idea development, script writing, framing, video filming techniques, basic principles of editing, post-processing, publishing.
Able to perform substantive and technical analysis of a video story in professional language.
