About Study Course
Objective
To provide students with knowledge on functioning of the civil protection system and developments in environmental protection.
Prerequisites
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Learning outcomes
Students have an idea of a civil protection system in the world, knowledge of legal regimes in an emergency and state of exception, in other similar situations. Knowledge of the types of disaster, threats and inherent injuries caused by a disaster, specifics of communication in case of disaster, current legal matters in environmental protection.
The student is able to act in a disaster situation and to provide emergency assistance; skills in providing information in a disaster situation, planning of civil protection measures at an institution.
The student is able to understand the conditions causing a disaster and to act accordingly.
