About Study Course
Objective
To acquire knowledge of civil procedure law and to be able to apply it in practice. To develop students' understanding of the rules of legal regulation and functioning of institutes of civil procedure law, procedures for handling civil cases and peculiarities of civil procedure. To develop students' ability to independently judge civil procedure institutes and solve practical weddings.
Prerequisites
Theory of law. Law enforcement institutions. Introduction to civil law.
Learning outcomes
Understands the principles and basic concepts of civil proceedings, subordination and jurisdiction of civil legal disputes, rights and obligations of the parties to the case, evidence in civil proceedings, proceedings in the court of first instance: bringing a claim, securing a claim and temporary protection; court rulings (decisions and judgments), settlement, particularities of certain categories of cases, special procedures for litigation, fulfillment of obligations by court, appeal through appeal and cassation procedures, arbitration proceedings, enforcement of court judgments.
After successfully completing the study course, the student will be able to analyze practical situations, will understand the essence of the applicable norms of the Civil Procedure Law. The student will be able to navigate judicial practice.
After completing the course, the student acquires practical skills in applying the norms of the Civil Procedure Law.
