About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical knowledge and strengthen practical skills in forensic tactics, strengthening practical skills on conducting various types of investigative activities, conducting initial and urgent investigative activities and using special investigative activities in evidence. To provide theoretical knowledge and strengthen practical skills in proposing forensic versions, their examination and investigation planning.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge in Criminal Procedure is required.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to demonstrate the basic and specialized knowledge acquired in Forensic Tactics, part of which corresponds to the highest level of achievements in the relevant scientific field. The student will acquire theoretical knowledge of various types of investigative activities, their tactics and the necessity of their application. The student will be able to demonstrate theoretical knowledge of initial and emergency investigative activities and their effectiveness. The student will acquire theoretical knowledge of special investigation activities, their planning, recording and use in proof. The student will acquire theoretical knowledge in establishing forensic versions, checking them and planning the investigation.
The student will be able to constantly structure his learning, analyze his level of knowledge and rationally supplement it, select and evaluate literature sources and will be able to cultivate scientific-research skills. The student will be able to apply a scientific approach and practical skills in the planning of the investigation, putting forward versions and carrying out various types of investigative activities, distinguishing preliminary and urgent investigations, as well as the planning of special investigative activities and the use of the obtained results in proving.
The student, using the acquired theoretical knowledge and skills, is able to independently make a decision about the necessity of conducting various types of investigative activities in the investigation, distinguishing initial and urgent investigative activities. Using theoretical knowledge and practical skills, you will be able to independently draw up an investigation plan and put forward possible versions. The student, using the acquired theoretical knowledge and skills, will be able to independently make a decision about the planning of special investigative activities and the use of the obtained results in proving.
