10th Anniversary of the Medical Education Technology Centre
The RSU Medical Education Technology Centre (METC) is the only simulation centre in Latvia and the largest in the Baltic States with the appropriate infrastructure and equipment to provide skills training and development, as well as simulation programmes in various healthcare sectors. The Centre will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Thursday, 7 December.
The event will feature keynote speeches and congratulatory remarks, and guests will have the opportunity to watch a video about the METC and listen to a report on the management of simulation-based continuing medical education in Latvia. Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation will be signed and a simulated admission unit will be opened.
The Medical Education Technology Centre was inaugurated on 16 May 2013.
