A tribute to honour those student-athletes, sports teams, and coaches at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) who have won the most awards over the past year will take place on 12 June. This tradition started in 2017 and will take place at the end of the current academic year.
The event will include a speech by RSU Rector Prof. Aigars Petersons who will express his gratitude to the students who have managed to be active during the study year, successfully combining their studies with award-winning sports activities at RSU. Team coaches will also be thanked for motivating students and achieving award-winning results, promoting RSU as a student-centred university that cares about healthy and active lifestyle.
