About Study Course
Objective
To provide an opportunity to combine the acquired theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of sports organization management and marketing with practical activities, strengthening, supplementing and deepening them.
Prerequisites
Microeconomics, Business management, Sports and fitness marketing, Personnel management, Management information systems
Learning outcomes
1. Knows the basic function of sports organization management - organization;
2. Will gain knowledge about working with personnel;
3. Knows sports and fitness marketing;
4. Knows the legislation governing the organization of sports competitions.
Will be able to independently organize sports competitions.
1. To develop a theoretical model of the structure of the sports organization's management system;
2. To evaluate the compliance of the personnel to the achievement of the organization's goals;
3. Understand the provision of sports/fitness services and evaluate it according to marketing theory;
4. Get involved in the daily work of the sports organization.
