Objective
Strengthen the theoretical knowledge acquired through study process of international marketing and business management, financial management, international marketing, cross-cultural business relationship management, project management, through concrete, practical and business management related tasks.
Prerequisites
Business strategy and management, international marketing, organizational efficiency management, financial management.
Learning outcomes
The student practically recognizes the theoretical principles of management science.
Understands the company's financial indicators, principles of organization of services, discusses reasonably the business model chosen by the company and forms of work organization.
Able to integrate theoretical knowledge into practice, independently formulate and critically analyze professional problems and make suggestions for improving organizational performance.
