Alumni Association

The Alumni Association is the main organiser of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) alumni life. It unites alumni from different generations who have graduated the former Riga Medical Institute (RMI), the Latvian Academy of Medicine (AML), and the successor of these institutions – Rīga Stradiņš University.

Spending time at university is what makes us grow, both intellectually and personally. During this time, we not only become professionals, but we also make new friends and acquaintances. Everything we do during our studies depends to the greatest extent on the university we are at - Rīga Stradiņš University. This encompasses our fellow students, lecturers, deans, professors and, of course, the very essence of the university. The RSU Alumni Association is a place that will make sure you never lose your connection to this community. It is a place that will support you and a place where you can help students, recent graduates, or the university with your ideas. You can help make your alma mater a place that everyone remembers with a smile and is eager to come back to.

Mission

The mission of RSU Alumni Association is to promote lifelong learning of RSU alumni and to actively promote and support Rīga Stradiņš University.

Vision

Become the largest and the most influential Latvian alumni association which brings together RSU alumni – highly qualified specialists in the field of healthcare and social sciences.
