RSU International Student Conference 2018
The upcoming Riga Stradiņš University International Student Conference in "Health and Social Sciences" 2018 will be held on 16-17 March 2018 at Rīga Stradiņš University, 16 Dzirciema Street in Rīga, Latvia.
This year we mark the 4th time we welcome not only local but also international students from all over the globe to participate with their wide spectrum of scientific research in various fields but this one is unique because for the first time the Conference will be held for two days.
Both local and international students will participate with their research work in various areas of medical and social sciences. RSU ISC 2018 is not just any regular conference, it is organised by students from a non-profit organisation that aims to promote student research and its international exchange. Throughout our two day conference we therefore offer a stimulating venue for student research exchange and give students the opportunity to broaden their social and scientific network.
Our scientific programme includes different research from students all over the world which are presented in the form of posters, as oral presentations or mini lectures to an international and professional audience. Along with these student sessions there will be fascinating keynote lectures and hands-on workshops. Along with a rich scientific programme we also have an interesting social programme, filled with different activities, for example, international dinner, tours and parties giving a chance for all the participants to get to know and have fun with each other.
