About Study Course
Objective
To deepen an understanding of the importance of effective multidisciplinary team work in rehabilitation services; to raise awareness on the types of the rehabilitation team and principles of cooperation.
Prerequisites
Fundamentals of physical and rehabilitation medicine, fundamentals of professional practice.
Learning outcomes
Students will name and describe the rehabilitation team members, understand rehabilitation team modes and principles of cooperation, understand the rehabilitation services environment.
Students will be able to recognize the factors that affect teamwork and the use of different strategies to improve the effectiveness of team work.
Students will be able to analyse the situation and work with colleagues in multi-professional team, able to discuss and agree on the rehabilitation goals, will be able to share the knowledge.
