Aim

Create a new interdisciplinary research group involving young scientists, foreign scientists, doctoral candidates, students and residents, in order to develop, with a interdisciplinary solution, an approach based on nanotechnology in cell biology with application in medicine

Description

Activities of the project

  • Creation of a new interdisciplinary scientific group
  • Creation of a new approach for the administration of magnetic nanoparticles carrying therapeutic agents (si-RNA, RNA-aptamers) to human cells
  • Development and construction of an experimental apparatus magnetic pinchers
  • Obtaining specific nucleotide-modified RNA-aptamers
  • Development of the method for adsorption of cells with magnetic nanoparticles and their orientation to the cardiovascular system element composite biomaterial framework using a magnetic pincers
  • Project administration
  • Ensuring project publicity
