Develop NRP project “LU, RTU and LJA infrastructure development and management” financial and economic justification and meta project, in the result of which the most optimal NRP management project shall be set in order to modernize and maintain sports, dormitory and parking infrastructure of the educational institutions (Riga Technical University, University of Latvia and Riga Stradiņš University)
