Objective

The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and understanding of the implementation of digital transformation in the healthcare.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of digital health tools.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

- Familiarize yourself with current health care implementation concepts and their implementation tools.
- To understand the need and rationale for implementing digital transformation in the field of health.
- Understand and describe the purpose, main steps and tasks of the change management process.
- Know the Digital Healthcare Innovation Development Model (CIMIT).

Skills

- Determine change management goals based on current health care conceptual models.
- Describe and analyze the processes, tasks and events related to the implementation of digital transformation in the field of health.
- Recognize and characterize the significant challenges and obstacles to the implementation of digital transformation.
- Apply the Digital Healthcare Innovation Development Model (CIMIT).
- Develop a change management and implementation strategy.

Competence

Develop a detailed change management strategy for digital transformation by implementing innovative healthcare digital tools and technologies.
