About Study Course
Objective
Give the opportunity to learn speed, strength, quickness, flexibility, coordination, etc. developing exercises in athletics and building skills for using these exercises in the physical preparation of other sports.
Prerequisites
At the sports standard level of the state basic education and general secondary education. Completion of the study courses "Athletics exercises for beginners", "Athletics (Development of speed)", "Athletics (Development of speed)", "Athletics (Development of endurance)" is desirable. Training theory.
Learning outcomes
1. Understand the usefulness of each exercise, explain the basics of exercise execution.
2. Understands the importance of exercises in the didactics of athletics.
3. Demonstrates and selects physical fitness exercises, applies them to people of different ages and levels of fitness.
4. Successful completion of the course gives the student the opportunity to independently perform exercises and apply them in practical work.
5. Will know the main methodical instructions and exercise performance dosage for people of different age stages and levels of preparation.
