Objective
To create an idea about the application of the basics of training theory in sports training, to gain knowledge about the possibilities of using training theory in children and adolescents of different ages, genders and physical fitness and their complex role in the process of sports training.

1.Knows the principle of supercompensation.
Knows age-specific peculiarities of physical preparation of children.

1.Knows how to define selection criteria in the personal athletic discipline.

1.Develops and uses exercises under different environmental conditions.
Creates obstacle courses, games, relays for children and young people of different ages.
Draws up an athlete’s annual plan guided by cyclicity and periodisation in the personal athletic discipline.
