Provides the possibility to improve theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in business to be able to do and manage business.

Prerequisites

Study courses: foundations of business, microeconomics, macroeconomics.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.1. To define own business model for creating new values.
2. To use financial planning and forecasting methods to implement a business idea.
3. To critically assess risks related to planned activities for the implementation of a business idea.
4. To assume individual and team responsibility for creating new values.

Skills

1.5. Will know and use basic principles of project development and management.
6. Will use decision-making methods. Planning methods.

Competence

1.7. Ability carry out own professional activities in accordance with the chosen business model.
8. Ability to develop a business plan based on the developed model.
