About Study Course
Objective
To improve knowledge and skills in the fields of civil law, civil procedure law, and commercial law; to develop competencies related to independent work – information search, processing and analysis, teamwork, decision making, and reasoning.
Prerequisites
Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law and Commercial Law at the level of Bachelor’s study programme.
Learning outcomes
Students acquire knowledge of current issues in the field of civil law, civil procedure and commercial law, are able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of problematic issues and development trends, which provide the basis for creative thinking, including working at a point of intersection of different fields.
Students strengthen their skills in case solving, are able to prepare and analyse legal documents independently.
Students are able to analyse legal acts and case law independently, find the best solution to a legal problem, justify the decisions made, work in a team.
