About Study Course
Objective
To provide students with basic knowledge of the nature and development of commercial law and the methodology of application and translation of commercial law norms. Tasks: 1. promote students' knowledge and understanding, as well as the acquisition of practical skills in matters of commercial law; 2. promote students' theoretical knowledge practical application skills and ability to perform legal analysis in the field of commercial law; 3. to promote students' abilities and skills in the preparation and evaluation of various commercial legal documents.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge of: Introduction to civil law, legal theory, history of law, logic, law of obligations, administrative law, criminal law is required.
Learning outcomes
By completing the study course, the student will gain knowledge about the theoretical and practical aspects of commercial law, will be able to navigate the commercial law and related regulatory acts.
Within the scope of measures for the prevention and detection of criminal offenses and other violations of law, as well as in the course of planning, management and coordination of possible activities of the police institution/structural unit and the achievement of goals - planning, management and coordination, the student will be able to independently evaluate documents related to the establishment, reorganization, liquidation, commercial transactions of merchants - commercial companies closure.
After completing the course, the student will be able to evaluate commercial contracts, documents in the field of commercial law, orientate themselves in the commercial register, and be able to read the information about merchants available in the registers.
