Objective
To create students' understanding of human resource management in business, as well as to develop competencies in human resource management.
Prerequisites
Microeconomics, Macroeconomics.

Basic knowledge of human resource management in business - will be able to apply an understanding of the role and goals of human resource management in achieving business goals.
