Objective

To enable students to learn the theory of human resources management and its concepts, to enable to practically learn the functions and methods of human resources management and to assess the role and problems of human resources management.

Prerequisites

Mastering of study courses: Management Theory, Management Psychology, Records Management, Labour Law.

Knowledge

1.Understands theoretical considerations of personnel management.

Skills

1.Knows how to independently develop and implement personnel policy;
Knows how to independently select, evaluate and motivate personnel.

Competence

1.Able to work in a team/group, delegate responsibilities, coordinate their execution;
Able to independently develop the documents necessary for the organisation of personnel management;
Able to independently apply the laws and regulations in work with personnel.
