Objective
To create students' understanding of corporate finance, securities, banking and currencies from the point of view of risk identification, thereby developing analytical abilities and financial literacy to be able to manage economic risks at the macro and micro level.

Learning outcomes
The knowledge gained within the course will help to understand corporate finance, banking, securities and currency (including cryptocurrency) market, as well as to apply it in practice, identifying economic risks.
The course will develop the ability to navigate the securities markets, understand banking and currency transactions, and identify and manage risks in these areas. Upon successful completion of the study course, students will be able to perceive the information included in the financial statements, as well as assess the company's financial risks. This will be ensured by the practical research work of students, which provides for the practical study and analysis of financial reports of real companies from the point of view of risk identification.
Students will know how to use theoretical knowledge and the results of empirical research, will be able to interpret them.
