About Study Course
Objective
To provide an insight into the assessment of breathing stereotype, posture, and static and dynamic tests. To teach to analyze the activity of large muscle groups, to test large muscles, to teach to compile a set of exercises for correction of stereotype of individual movements.
Prerequisites
Anatomy, normal physiology.
Learning outcomes
As a result of mastering the study course, students will know the basics of breathing and posture stereotypes – theoretical foundations and principles of stereotype evaluation; will know the principles of breathing and posture assessment; will know the operation and testing principles of large muscle groups; will know static and dynamic tests; will know the principles of compiling a corrective set of exercises.
As a result of mastering the study course, students will be able to correctly and methodically correctly determine the stereotype of breathing and posture. Basic skills in testing the large muscles of the human body. Will be able to compose an exercise to correct stereotypes of movement complexes.
Using the acquired knowledge and basic skills, students will be able to identify breathing and posture stereotypes. Will be able to perform functional length and strength tests of large muscles. Will be able to compile a set of exercises based on the evaluation of static and dynamic tests.
