Objective

Taking the lawyers’ qualifying examination according to Regulations No. 46 of the Cabinet of Ministers “Procedures for the State Professional Jurisprudence Examination” of 15 January 2019.
By successfully passing the state lawyers’ qualifying examination and defending the Master’s thesis, a student is awarded a lawyer’s qualification and a professional Master’s degree in law.

Prerequisites

Theoretical and practical knowledge gained during the study programme.

Knowledge gained in all five areas is confirmed and strengthened.

Skills

By using theoretical and practical findings of law, the student confirms his/her skills by using appropriate sources of law, interprets them and strengthens skills to solve practical problem situations (cases).

Competence

The student is able to analyse and assess the problems in the field of law by demonstrating knowledge and skills required for the lawyer.
