Objective

To provide the students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in analysing and drafting of legal texts.

Tasks:
1. To provide the students with theoretical knowledge on the regulations, means and approaches of legal technique in the analysis and drafting of legal texts (legislative and language requirements, effective approaches) and the procedures for developing, scrutinizing and adoption of legal texts.
2. To develop practical skills in drafting specific legal texts (normative enactments, administrative acts, administrative documents, contracts, etc.). To develop the skills of interpreting legal norms, prepare arguments and conduct research work.

Prerequisites

Acquisition of the study course “Legal Theory”.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

To acquire theoretical knowledge on the regulations,means and approaches of legal technique in the analysis and drafting of legal texts (legislative and language requirements, effective approaches) and the procedures for developing, scrutinizing and adoption of legal texts.

Skills

Ability to draft various legal texts - normative enactments, individual legal acts, administrative documents Ability to interpret legal norms, prepare arguments and conduct research work.
