About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical knowledge about the basic principles, functions and methods of management. To build and develop manager’s professional competence.
Prerequisites
General secondary education knowledge in the field of social sciences.
Learning outcomes
1. In-depth knowledge of organisation management, including critical understanding of theories and principles, concepts and relationships.
2. Understanding the manager’s role in an organisation.
3. To do research into the organisation’s management process using the knowledge acquired.
4. Ability to formulate and analytically describe information about the management process, to see problems and their solutions, to explain and have a reasoned discussion on them.
5. Able to independently structure their learning and work with others, plan and organise work to accomplish specific tasks, take responsibility and initiative through individual, team or other people’s work.
6. Ability to evaluate and improve own competences.
7. Ability to obtain, select, analyse, and use information independently to solve management problems.
8. Ability to understand the interrelationships of organisation’s activities.
9. Ability to analyse processes in a company environment and take relevant decisions.
