About Study Course
Learning outcomes
1.1. In-depth knowledge of organisation management, including critical understanding of theories and principles, concepts and relationships.
2. Understanding the manager’s role in an organisation.
3. To do research into the organisation’s management process using the knowledge acquired.
1.4. Ability to formulate and analytically describe information about the management process, to see problems and their solutions, to explain and have a reasoned discussion on them.
5. Able to independently structure their learning and work with others, plan and organise work to accomplish specific tasks, take responsibility and initiative through individual, team or other people’s work.
6. Ability to evaluate and improve own competences.
1.7. Ability to obtain, select, analyse, and use information independently to solve management problems.
8. Ability to understand the interrelationships of organisation’s activities.
