About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical and practical knowledge of microeconomic development regularities and the economic environment of business.
Prerequisites
The study course is based on the general knowledge obtained in a secondary education institution. The study course is a base for all economic and business-related subjects.
Learning outcomes
1. Knows, at the level of idea, the development trends in economic systems and regularities between microeconomic objects and entities;
2. Knows at the level of use the organisation of production and services.
3. Able to analyse and evaluate market development trends, competitive situation and possible activities of competitors;
4. Able to assess and analyse the economic performance of a company and the factors affecting the business environment.
5. Able to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge of microeconomics in the management of a company and its departments;
6. Able to conduct research with scientific value in the field of microeconomics.
