About Study Course
Objective
To develop knowledge of the psychological aspects of individual and group behaviour in contemporary organisations, as well as the ability to apply the knowledge of organisational psychology in such areas as personnel recruitment, performance management, talent management, employee development.

• Describes the psychological and socio-psychological characteristics of the individual types and the impact of these characteristics on the work process.
• Defines loyalty towards the organisation and describes the loyalty formation conditions.
• Describes methods of personnel selection.
• Describes the basic principles of talent management.
• Distinguishes between various leadership theories.
• Distinguishes between different management styles and their impact on work processes within the organisation.
• Distinguishes between the methods of performance evaluation.
• Distinguishes between basic processes of talent management, employee development and motivation systems.
• Describes the causes, dynamics and prevention options of organisational conflict, occupational stress and mobbing.
• Evaluates what type of organisational culture is specific to the particular organisation and how it affects organisational processes and relationships within the organisation.
