Objective

To give insight into the structure, goals and tasks of public communication as a complex process; to discover the role of each national communicator in creating a single official communicative space.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of communication and structure of the state.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

On public communication, public affairs, stakeholders and the legal framework for public communication, new trends in this area.

Skills

Students critically analyse public communication and produce a speech and/or reports for the purpose of public communication.

Competence

To recognise and critically analyse public communication messages from other types of news, to develop and evaluate lobbying offer, identify relevant arguments for different target groups.
