About Study Course
Objective
To strengthen the knowledge and practical skills acquired in the study course, which are based on the professional knowledge, skills and competences defined in the professional standard of a physician’s assistant for the performance of tasks described in the work of a physician’s assistant.
Prerequisites
Knowledge and skills acquired in the study programme Physician’s Assistant.
Learning outcomes
The knowledge acquired in the study programme Physician’s Assistant in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases, emergency care of the injured, as well as work organisation and teamwork in accordance with the professional standard is strengthened.
Will develop the professional skills of a physician’s assistant to perform the tasks described in the professional standard.
Will be able to apply the professional skills defined in the professional standard of a Physician’s Assistant in the performance of tasks of a physician’s assistant, evaluate results and make decisions.
