About Study Course
Objective
To provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge useful in practice about the law of administrative violations and its separation from administrative process, criminal process. In the study course, students learn the most important problems of the application of infringement law.
Prerequisites
Administrative law, Constitutional law, Legal theory, Administrative process law.
Learning outcomes
• understanding of the concept of administrative violations;
• knowledge of administrative penalties and their application;
• knowledge of administrative violation process in court.
• in administrative violation cases, will be able to identify the elements of the administrative violation and analyze them;
• in the presentation of the wedding - will be able to distinguish significant procedural violations from non-essential ones;
• will be able to independently solve legal problems related to the application of administrative penalties for weddings.
• analyze and critically evaluate the decisions of institutions and courts in the field of administrative penalties;
• independently select and analyze judicial decisions in the field of administrative violations and make generalizations of judicial practice.
