Objective

Enable students to gain awareness and knowledge of social legislation, their hierarchy, the role, importance and practical application of social rights, and the mechanism for enforcing social rights, the regulatory and institutional framework.

Prerequisites

General basics of law, human rights, internet literacy.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

Students will have acquired knowledge of social legislation, the specifics of social rights and the possibilities for using state guarantees; they will know the sources of legislation, their differences and will know how to apply social legislation accurately, and advise clients on the use of social guarantees provided by the State.

Skills

Students will have acquired the skills to find, understand, use and apply the regulatory enactments for obtaining state social guarantees and understanding of their receipt.

Competence

Students are able to independently deal with issues related to the application of social rights.
