Welcome Week is designed to help you, as a new student, to settle into university life and get to know the study process.

What happens during Welcome Week?

All international students starting their studies in September 2025 are welcome to join the Welcome Week from 26 August in the RSU Main Building.

Unless otherwise stated, all Welcome Week activities will take place in the RSU Main Building (Block K, Ground floor, Great Hall).
The Welcome Week activities mentioned in the programme below are preliminary and subject to change. The final programme for next Welcome Week will be confirmed in August 2025.
