Objective: | To offer students the opportunity to gain an understanding of communication psychology and to acquire the skills of negotiation and professional relationship building, with a special focus on questioning and listening skills, to promote an understanding of the impact of their personality on professional relationship building. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | Knows the terms used in Communication Psychology, understands the essence of communication, factors influencing communication, understands the importance of social skills in communication with individuals, groups and teams of professionals. | ||||||||
Skills: | In practice, social skills are used and communication skills are applied in cooperation with colleagues; distinguishes between effective and ineffective listening; have skills in self-reflection and managing one's emotional state. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Apply self-reflection and social skills when working independently or as a group/team. Able to evaluate the impact of one's exposure on others, have the skills to manage effective communication and resolve conflict situations. | ||||||||
