Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | Analysis of literature; drafting of lecture notes and summaries; preparation of a presentation; independent development of research methodology in law and in an interdisciplinary research; role play – casus play, which will demonstrate decision-making and argumentation skills. Individual, pair and group works are planned in the study course. Homework preparation: Students work with any practical problem of their choice / situations, preparing a situational description in e-studies. The group prepares a joint presentation as an examination paper to show a solution to the problem / situation solutions and decision-making. During examination there is group presentation, discussion on adopted decisions and their evaluation. The situation description should include the following matters: 1) justification of the design selection; 2) problem description from the interdisciplinary aspects; 3) determination of research boundaries in the interdisciplinary sector; 4) selected sources for problem solution / decision-making; 5) conditions of methods used in processing of sources; 6) problem solution or decision.
Assessment Criteria: | Attending lectures and seminars is mandatory. Development of independent papers (creating researcher profiles and topic self-presentation, source selection and synopsis, topic application presentation (poster), methodology for legal science research and interdisciplinary research) – 25%. Role play (group work) – 10%. Participation in seminars (activity and quality of answers) – 20%. Development of the exam paper (Argued Report) – 25%. Exam – 20% (homework presentation).
Final Examination (Full-Time): | Exam (Oral)
Final Examination (Part-Time): | Exam (Oral)
