Preliminary Knowledge:
Preliminary knowledge of professional Bachelor in general theoretical study courses and basic sector-specific theoretical courses.
Objective:
To provide the possibility to learn knowledge of different types of camps and related basic principles in their organisation, content creation and leading; to master skills in the creation and implementation of camp projects.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
1. Preparing for exam. 2. Preparing homework – camp content description and developing a content plan. 3. Preparation of scenarios and plans for camp events. 4. Writing a camp project.
Assessment Criteria:
The total assessment is summative. Homework (camp description, content plan); Content and presentation of a camp project; Content and leading of camp events.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:1. Understands the importance of a camp in shaping and comprehensive development of person’s personality. 2. Understands the principles of creating camp content according to rate and rhythm curves (days, weeks)
Skills:3. Knows how to create camp content by selecting a camp legend corresponding to the target audience; 4. Knows how to create camp content by choosing the activities best suited to the purpose, age and gender characteristics and physical fitness, 5. Knows how to create a camp content plan. 6. Knows how to create camp projects by defining appropriate objectives, setting tasks and choosing suitable methods for the implementation of the project. 7. Knows how to work in a team.
Competencies:8. Skilfully analyses and evaluates the selected camp content and the impact of activities on the comprehensive development of a personality. 9. Knows the binding legislation for the organisation of camps.
