Objective:
To prepare highly qualified specialists in the field of sports - who can organize and conduct sports classes at a professional level, using athletic training means and methods and are able to create an understanding of the development of a healthy lifestyle.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Learning and practical application of the structural classification of technical means in athletic training, development of physical characteristics. Principles of classification of general development exercises, practical learning and application.
Assessment Criteria:
Independent notes and creation of teaching methodical material. Theoretical and practical knowledge of safety rules during the use of athletic training equipment, as well as securing a partner during exercise and injury prevention. The technical performance of the movements in accordance with the basics of the technique and the characteristics of the details. Theoretical knowledge of the influence of athletic preparation on physical fitness, general and individual conditions of the dynamics of the development process and the result of the application of athletic preparation. Each of the criteria is evaluated with points, their sum forms the evaluation in points.

Knowledge:Acquires knowledge about the application of athletic training means and methods in the pedagogical process and the ability to understand this knowledge critically.

Competencies:Students are competent to provide practical and theoretical knowledge about the division and application of athletic exercises for the development of different muscle groups in different age groups of the school.
