Unaided Work: | Learning and practical application of the structural classification of technical means in athletic training, development of physical characteristics. Principles of classification of general development exercises, practical learning and application. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Independent notes and creation of teaching methodical material. Theoretical and practical knowledge of safety rules during the use of athletic training equipment, as well as securing a partner during exercise and injury prevention. The technical performance of the movements in accordance with the basics of the technique and the characteristics of the details. Theoretical knowledge of the influence of athletic preparation on physical fitness, general and individual conditions of the dynamics of the development process and the result of the application of athletic preparation. Each of the criteria is evaluated with points, their sum forms the evaluation in points. | ||||||||
