Objective: | To learn theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in the management of education to be able to evaluate the role and place of the teacher in the management of an educational institution, in the management of the study process and to get an idea regarding the management of an educational institution. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | 1. Analysis of the laws and regulations on education management – practical work. 2. Evaluation of the activities of an educational institution – practical work. 3. Preparation for a seminar on quality management and planning in an educational institution – seminar. 4. Preparation for study course examination – test. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | The student receives assessment by summing up the number of points, assessing knowledge, skills and competences in the performance of individual tasks, attitude and individual dynamics. Assessment in points: - Analysis of the laws and regulations on education management – 3. 1 point – the work has been carried out formally, no analysis has been performed. 2 point – the work has been carried out formally, the analysis has been performed incompletely 3 point – the work has been carried out in detail, full-fledged analysis has been performed. - Evaluation of the activities of an educational institution – 10. 2 up to 4 points – a statement of the facts of the activities of the educational institution has been performed, no evaluation has been performed. 5 up to 6 points – a statement of the facts of the activities of the educational institution has been performed and incomplete evaluation. 7 up to 8 points – a statement of the facts of the activities of the educational institution has been performed, a full-pledge analysis has been performed. 9 up to 10 points – a statement of the facts of the activities of the educational institution has been performed, full-fledged analysis has been performed and proposals have been provided for improvement of the activities of the educational institution. - Seminar on quality management and planning in an educational institution – 3. 1 point – presence at the seminar. 2 points – presence at the seminar and active participation. 3 points – presence at the seminar, active participation and expression of opinion. - Study course examination/test –10. 4 points – 11 correct answers, 5 points – 12 correct answers, 6 points – 13 correct answers, 7 points – 14 correct answers, 8 points – 15 correct answers, 9 points – 16 – 17 correct answers, 10 points – 18 – 20 correct answers. - Attitude (attendance, participation in a class, timely submission of works) – 3. 3 points – regular attendance, active participation in the class, timely submission of independent works. - Individual development dynamics – 2. 1 point – episodic, 2 points – systematically ascending. | ||||||||
