Knowledge in general and developmental psychology, pedagogy, physiology
Objective:
To provide students with systematized knowledge and skills about the formation of stress and its individual impact on the body, the learning of stress regulation techniques, which are necessary for more productive work in the field of sports science.

Independent work: Stress management techniques (analysis of scientific studies, presentation of prepared material). Application of one stress regulation technique in practice (prepared methodology). Preparing for the test work in stress management.
