Preliminary Knowledge:
Athletics at high school standard level.
Objective:
To give students the opportunity to learn throwing exercises and the possibilities of their application for the development of quick power.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
In independent work, the student studies specialized literature, develops homework and practices performing athletics exercises, improving his movement abilities.
Assessment Criteria:
Active activity in practical lessons (learning exercises); Development and practical management of circuit training including throwing exercise; Written test on throwing exercises for different muscle groups; Homework on developing quickness in a specific sport; Practical test, demonstration of learned exercises.
