Preliminary Knowledge: | Athletics at high school standard level. | ||||||||
Objective: | To give students the opportunity to learn throwing exercises and the possibilities of their application for the development of quick power. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | In independent work, the student studies specialized literature, develops homework and practices performing athletics exercises, improving his movement abilities. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Active activity in practical lessons (learning exercises); Development and practical management of circuit training including throwing exercise; Written test on throwing exercises for different muscle groups; Homework on developing quickness in a specific sport; Practical test, demonstration of learned exercises. | ||||||||
