Preliminary Knowledge:
Athletics at high school standard level
Objective:
To create an opportunity for students to learn and learn the most important exercises for developing endurance and the most frequently used training methods. To create an understanding of the regularities and basic principles of the endurance training process. To provide knowledge and practical experience about endurance development evaluation tests and their application in the training process of various sports.
