Preliminary Knowledge: | To start study course (or semester) all previous assessments according to Study plan (D1) should be successfully passed. High school level knowledge and motivation to become a successful and good dentist. | ||||||||
Objective: | To learn about basics of communication culture, in order to become wise, competent, approved, skilled dentist and member of the society. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Studies of visual material given in lectures and practical classes. Studies of obligatory literature material. Taking part in variety of everyday, academic and scientific activities in order to observe communication culture and behavior. Analysis of situations in discussions with colleagues. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Ability to actively take part in discussions about topics of lectures. To make presentations about traditions in other cultures. To solve given tasks about everyday situations. Mark in the final exam is also the mark for the study course (100%). | ||||||||

Knowledge: | Knowledge of communication psychology to form relationships with colleagues, patients and society in Latvia, other countries and cultures. | ||||||||
