Preliminary Knowledge:
Pedagogy; Basic Principles of Didactics of Pedagogy in the Work of an Audiologist; Assessment and Classification of Functional Capacity Limit.
Objective:
Acquire knowledge about speech sound disorders: cause and symptoms (Articulation disorders; Phonological disorders; Dysarthria, Apraxia). Assessment of Speech or Sound Production. Treatment of speech sound disorders.

Assessment Criteria:
3rd semester: • pair presentation on therapy; • self-assessment tests during the study course; 4th semester: Final evaluation: Defense of the course work, includes cumulative evaluation. • attendance 10%; self-assessment tests 30%; final test 40%; group work, 20%.

Knowledge:• describe articulation and phonological disorders; • recommend articulation and phonological disorders treatment ; • describe speech sound disorders in children and adults; • know speech sound disorders etiology, clinical symptoms; • report speech sound disorders treatment and therapy.
