Preliminary Knowledge:
Information literacy.
Objective:
To develop understanding of research terms, categories, research approaches and theories and to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in research.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Search for research, scientific articles in databases. Search and formulate a research topic, put forward a goal, hypothesis or question. Build a research instrument. Read a scientific article, and prepare a literature review and analysis. Prepare and submit papers to the Ethics Committee. Conduct a study and summarize the results of the study. To analyze the results and draw conclusions. To formulate and prepare a qualification paper for submission. Prepare a presentation. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
Theoretical knowledge, skills to plan the course of the research, identification and development of the research instrument. Preparation of literature review.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:During the study process the student will acquire the most important aspects of research, ethical principles, will know the types, methods and tools of research.
Skills:As a result of the study course acquisition the student will be able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, will be able to analyze research papers, determine scientific categories, set the aim of the research and organize the research process, achieving the research result.
Competencies:Will be able to constantly analyze scientific literature and carry out practical research.
