This year, European Researchers' Night at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) will take place at the Medical Education Technology Centre (METC), on 26a Anniņmuižas bulvāris. Visitors will be able to try out various simulators that are used in training future medical professionals. In addition, there will be an opportunity to get to know the what a dentist’s daily life looks like, explore how a childbirth simulator operates, take part in an escape room, and other fun and educational activities.
European Researchers' Night is dedicated to promoting science and its achievements and takes place every year on the last Friday in September. Universities, colleges, and research institutes open their doors to the public so that anyone can meet researchers, go on tours, watch demonstrations, and take part in experiments and discussions.
