On Thursday 26 April the medicine short film festival Medfest 2018 Ārpus vārdiem (Beyond Words) and discussion on silence, communication looked at from different angles will be held at Rīga Stradiņš University. This will be the first year that the festival will be held in English. 

The festival offers the following films: 

• In Pursuit of Silence,
• The Conspiracy of Silence,
• The Mindfulness of Silence,
• Choose Psychiatry.
