As 12 March is World Glaucoma Day, the entire week has been named World Glaucoma Week and takes place all over the world. During this week special attention is paid to eye health. This year World Glaucoma Week fallws between 11-17 March. The RSU Ophthalmology Interest Group invites everyone to the entrance hall of the Main Building between 13:00-17:00 on 14 March where various eye exams and tests will be performed.

RSU students and medical residents from the Ophthalmology Clinic at Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital will be available for various procedures:

• An introduction to the risks of glaucoma;
• visual acuity tests;
• eye pressure tests;
• colour blindness tests.

Representatives from SanoSwiss will be presenting Ocutein products.
